AllOptimal BV, is an “out of the box” operating young Dutch company, yet carrying over 37 years of personal experience in the sector. The company is founded 2015 in The Hague, Netherlands, in order to fully exploit the unique and highly innovative organic waste management concept, the “BioBox”, a smart, small, modular and scalable “industrial garbage bin” that converts an organisation’s organic waste into fertiliser, biogas, electricity and heat, even for own consumption.

AllOptimal’s business activities focus on the engineering, the development, the commercialization, and the maintenance and management of the BioBox-concept worldwide.
BioBox is to be branded as an affordable, qualitative solution and a plug-and-play product that a client can purchase, receive and benefit from—a brand that invites the industry to join a global collective that combats global CO2 production.

We are therefore seeking at this point for an experienced REGION MANAGER to be responsible for the international fully exploitation of the BioBox concept, within your region and through your Agents, starting from the 1st of October 2017.

The AllOptimal currently international exploitation requires the achievement of long term cooperation with one local Sales organisation and one local Service organisation in each market of presence in order to address the sales, the aftercare and the excellent operation of its products worldwide. At this point approx. 5 markets (which, depending on the size and structure of resp. market are either Countries or States or Regions or combination), forms the area of one Region Manager.

AllOptimal’s Region Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills and personal experience both, in the field as well as in organization level. Being a young company, AllOptimal need its directors and managers to be operational “colleagues” and to be active executives at all levels, working together towards common goals.

You will work under- and report to the Commercial Director and you will work closely with the Head of sales & Marketing, Service Manager and other Region managers and your occupation will be approx. 5% of Technical nature, 40% Sales (of which 60% includes TM) and 55% Planning and Coordination, (including financial control, management, Evaluation, steering and Strategy & Objectives implementation).

You will form a two-way well functioning “bridge” between AllOptimal and its Agents of your region, in order to ensure and secure the growth of our business, (Including the building of a strong brand name, increasing sales and successful, long-term client- and local Agent relationships), you will support and guide the AllOptimal local sales agents and service agents, in order to achieve their targets most efficiently and properly, and you will ensure that the AllOptimal ID & Policies are being applied, carried out and properly expressed. The nature of your work will be to stimulate, to help, to support, to assist, to enforce, to implement, to monitor, to maintain awareness of external factors and ultimately to secure the deliver of the Agent’s sales and quality service targets,


The responsibilities

  • To represent the organisation’s interests and to fully organize the efficient and proper BioBox concept exploitation within your region making sure that all the aims are met
  • To develop and implement communication processes, means and materials for concrete and effective monitoring and evaluation of your region operations
  • To ensure the AllOptimal ID & Policies being carried out and expressed adapted and corrected where necessary, set to enrich, clarify and to be implemented internally in material and processes
  • To maintain an awareness of external factors (including competitors, sector developments, government business initiatives, current, proposed and in future applicable regulations and legislation in relation to commercial activities, product development and the customer’s businesses requirements), which impact the business. Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Commercial Director (CD) and Managing Director (MD) in order to address it properly
  • To foresee and oversee the operations to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied
  • To carry out risk assessment within your region
  • To address international project objectives whether it involves methodical or day-to-day activities
  • To provide advice and know-how in respect to the management of projects
  • To secure brand awareness (including reinforce, insure and clarify a simple to understand, obvious, necessary, simple, modern and desirable brand)
  • To review existing products, services and markets
  • To assist into simplifying the product accessibility
  • To assist into forming the Products from the customer needs, problems and “point of view”
  • To assist the client to Green operations and to carry it out (CO2 Reducer principle)
  • To assist in the implementation of current Sales channels and processes as well as in the development and exploitation of new ones
  • To assist the set up of ALLOPTIMAL’s internal Sales team in NL
  • To solve sales absorptions, disturbances and delays within your region and to strengthen the sales process throughout the organization
  • To assist in the set up of the Agents TM-sales as well as to implement processes, staff trainings, monitoring means and reports. (including routines for finding, engaging and retaining personnel and for achieving effective communication in a competitive and learning environment, in order to increase the achievement of set targets)
  • To use IT systems to keep track of users of progress
  • To assist in local recruitments of specialists and sub-contractors
  • To monitor local sub-contractors to ensure applicable guidelines are maintained
  • To oversee the regional accounting, costing and billings
  • To set up AllOptimal’s international Agents network and to lead it, (including developing, establishing and implementing relevant effective support processes by the Agents, concerning their training, guidance, monitoring, adjustment and application in accordance with AllOptimal’s processes, policies, ID, sales tactics and requirements), in order to ensure the Agent’s achievement of desired results and to make sure the service quality standards are met
  • To set up clear communication between AllOptimal and Agents, Analyse incoming feedback from Agents in order to evaluate possible applicability in AllOptimal’s processes and organization, (including to find out, select, set up, activate, guide, effective, measure, modify, improve, enhance, enrich, clarify and implement Agents processes, as well as to extend, to clarify, to make use and make available relevant processes, materials and docs to Agents, creating measurable processes, methods and reports between AllOptimal and the Agent in order to measure, to know and to act where necessary) maintaining the Agent’s independent and effective working-methods

Essential requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent Project manager with a relevant degree is the main requirement
  • TM and/or Call center project management experience
  • Marketing & Sales degree and/or demonstrable experience is preferable
  • Technical degree and/or demonstrable experience or background is preferable
  • Commercial awareness
